Would that provide the same charging for guests?

They would have to bring their own portable EVSE, but Bob, who does own a Tesla, has done this before.

Depending on the rental property, it may open up some additional income if a RV can be parked there too.

Ah, I would rather provide the charging station and no recreational or commercial vehicles can park there but I appreciate the suggestion!
