Availability of 2020 in Canada

Does anyone know if the 2020 will be sold in Canada?

I may have misunderstood what I read, but I thought I read the 2020 would only be sold in California in the U.S., but does that mean it won't be available outside of the US at all?

I asked my Honda dealer about it, but they didn't really seem to know, and I think just assumed the 2020 would be available here (Toronto).

If you try to "build" a Clarity PHEV on the Honda.ca website you get the following: "Due to strong demand, our 2019 model has nearly sold out. Speak with your local Honda dealer to confirm inventory levels or get the latest information about how to pre-order the 2020 model."

Yes you can pre-order the PHEV in Canada except for the full electric and the fuel cell.
