Lol, no.

However, the hitch I bought in May is not the correct one, even after talking to someone from the manufacturer.

I have a feeling I'm going to be too late for a refund or trade.

I’ll be paying attention. Had a hitch on my last small suv for a bike rack. Contemplated one for the mini, but every option I saw, they had to cut into the bumper to make it work….

@Carsten Haase did a great job installing a hitch on his SE.

It would seem that any hitch that didn't require you to cut into the bumper/valence panel would have to be so low that it would scrape on steep driveway approaches.
 
EcoHitch makes a Hidden Hitch for the Hardtop, but it’d be cool if they made the Stealth version like they offer for my Subaru. I suspect the geometry would generate too much torque to allow the through-bolt design on the MINI.
 
That's what I have, the Ecohitch Hidden Hitch, but I think it's for the previous gen and isn't supposed to be. I'll have to sort that all out tomorrow. I'm baffled.
