The same here SE is solid as I hope as my previous BMW I3 no complains for 7 years.Same question here! My warranty expires in December but everything is fine with the car.
How much will be maintenance on the ACE car comparing to SE as 110,000 miles as I have replace brake sensor on my SE by dealer $185 being lazy sensor $25 parts as I should do myself liking work on my cars.With your milages looks like you drive SE forever .In 3 1/2 years 21000 miles on my SECabin filter, brake pads, wiper blades, washer fluid. Maybe brake fluid. I don't think there's anything else, I've never had anything else done with mine. In fact not even everything I listed. I'm still on my original brake pads at 110,000 miles due to regenerative braking.
I did have to have a wheel bearing replaced, but I don't believe that's something that would be covered under the warranty.
How's your steering? Mine has the subtlest of knock/thunk (palpable, but not audible) when first getting underway/at single digit speeds. Readjusting the position of the wheel makes it go away initially, but it always comes back. Someone else online said that replacement of the Body Domain Controller (under a recall) solved the problem, although that doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Driving cars for 55 years I’m very alert about steering wheel feedback but on SE is electric power steering (EPS)system is not traditional hydraulic system as I have on all my previous cars and so far works very well on SE as you hit a pat hole or curb any system give you feedback on steering wheel as vibration or pooling to a side . Can’t complain about sunroof bc I don’t have and in previous cars I clean drainage religiously and put silicone on everything there .As is a while I deal with BMW I 3 I remember was an issue with bushing behind steering wheel making squeaky noises.A steering system on every car is responding harder if you on low profile tires looking good on SE 17/18 “ but a 16” tires SE can absorb bigger beating with bulky tires taller sidewalls as my experience using all of them .Something else use different mode as you drive As I drive only on Sport since I own a car maybe this give you different feeling of steering wheel as you solve your feedback on steering wheel important tire pressure as your monitoring system is wrong about 5 PSI before you get alert as is 35 front 32 rear you drive on low tire pressure as could be transfer to steering wheel toHow's your steering? Sunroof failures seem to be not uncommon in MINIs. Maybe tell them that yours seems a bit balky/noisy in hopes of getting them to at least lube it for you?

To repositioning steering wheel is excuse for not knowing a steering wheel system you set your wheel to the most comfortable position for you that’s why they adjustable they have look what is under a car as a rack and pinion steering system with electric motor is quite complicated system as I work on hydraulic systems before dealer try to get away with your complaints bc they are have not enough knolage how to deal with it . Don’t give up before warranty expire tell them to change entire rack and pinion system as is a safety issueNo, I'm always in Sport mode.

I agree that it was just a Hail Mary. I believe this is common issue with the F56 and the cause is the intermediate steering shaft. I’ve felt it a few times on my 2023 with 24k miles but will hold off bringing it in till next spring as the warranty doesn’t expire till next July.

I've noticed a small "tug" in the steering too although it is random and infrequent. I wondered if it had something to do with the lane assist that gives rapid minor vibrations when active, but this 'tug" is a bit stronger. Since it isn't reproducible it will be hard for MINI to diagnose, but I will mention it at my 2 year service at year end since others have noted it too. As I recall it's always at low speed but I'll take more notice about that from now on.

I did a search for any sort of recalls along these lines, but found nothing. Raising pressure to 40/37 PSI is not going to solve an issue with TPMS if you not loosing pressure in tires is something wrong with system and you see dealer soon . 40/37 you will drive like on stones .
