32 AMP EVSE for $80?

Ran across this EVSE while browsing EV accessories..

Could this be the correct price? I've never seen a 32 Amp level 2 EVSE for under $200..
This one has to be the wrong price or must be really bad quality.. Anyone familiar with that brand?

Considering what is in an EVSE, this is the parts price. Just I'm full up on NEMA 14-50, EVSEs.

Perhaps someone can get Tom Moloughney and ask him to take a look?

You’ll never get it for that price.

Only a 1-yr warranty, and not UL listed. For myself, I'm willing to pay a few extra bucks for a high-voltage product that's been independently tested and certified.

That's what I thought.. Usually, if something seems to good to be true, it probably isn't..
