Yup, this is the larger version of the Solterra, and has decent towing as well. I think it will be another winner for Subaru.

If I didn't have the Solterra (2023 model year), and was looking for a new car, this would be my first choice. But I don't have a good reason at this time to trade up, not to mention the huge depreciation hit. But if my Solterra somehow got totalled, I would definitely be looking at the Trailseeker.

Will be available later this year, and look forward to seeing them in a Subaru showroom. It looks like a good replacement for my 2023 Solterra, esp with the extra towing capacity for pulling my boat.

However, am in no rush, as for now, my Solterra is serving my needs just fine. My son has an F150 Lightning so that takes care of boat hauling and carrying stuff to our cabin. And while just past 3 years of ownership, still too early to look for a replacement. But if my Solterra ever gets totalled, I know what I will be looking at.
