38 miles of pure electric range. Sounds a lot like the Clarity in many ways.

It's pricey at $46k strating price. Platinum trim pushes 50k

Except the Clarity Plug-In Hybrid was a car and the Rogue is a crossover, the vehicle format Americans crave. Nissan's price range sounds much like what Toyota charges for the RAV4 PHEV.

As much as I appreciate my Clarity PHEV, I continue to think Honda made a big mistake not also selling a version of the CR-V PHEV in the U.S.
