Have you checked the Clarity inventories of the Florida Honda dealers to get a feel how desperate they might be to move them off their lots? Had Honda made changes to the 2019 Clarity, the urgency to discount the 2018s would be greater.I think this is good news for me. I still haven't bought my Clarity but with 19s arriving at dealerships I should (hopefully) get a bigger discount on 18s sitting on lots. I need every saving I can get since here in FL we don't get any of the Honda discounts for ZEV states.

If your local dealers post their inventories on their websites (most do), I'd visit all of them daily to stay in touch with the number of cars available (and the colors available) and the deals that may pop up when the dealers receive word that the 2019s are inbound.Yes, contacted about 4 dealers near my area, they all seem to have 4 to 5 cars in their inventory. So far I'm getting prices in the mid to upper $34Ks (out the door) which is not a bad price for a base trim on a non-ZEV state. However, I've seen people in here get them for under 34K so that's my goal (need to allocate money to buy all weather mats and a level 2 charger for the garage as well)![]()

Still shows the Climate Pre-conditioning as a Touring-only feature.
