Thanks for sharing! (9% degradation seems like a lot in only 4 years- but to be fair, you do have as many miles as someone like me would put on in ten years.

What are your thoughts- will your degradation, even if you keep up the high mileage- level off going forward?

This battery degradation, more a function of charge cycles, is within my expectations. No one likes to see battery loss but this is my first, full EV and I've learned valuable lessons. BTW, I did not buy the car to be 'driveway art.' My cars work for a living.

Yeah, sorry no disrespect meant- I was just curious about the timing.... but I suppose if you extended the timeframe out to ten years, and only had 103,000 miles on the car after that amount of time- degradation would be about the same?

My car now has 109,537 miles. Next week, I'll add another 1,500 miles. I remain very happy with it.

It like me won't last forever. I already know Tesla says it will cost $15,000 to replace the battery but my Full Self Driving (FSD) now cost $15,000 to replace. <GRINS>
