Who in Canada is waiting for the Clarity

    Hi, I am looking to compile information regarding number of order for the Clarity in Canada.

    As most of you know by now, Honda is not producing the Base trim and will only deliver the Touring trim in Canada so for those of us that ordered the Base trim since Jan '18, the only option we have is to get our deposit back, wait for the 2019 model (which means we will most likely lose some or all of our provincial rebate at least in Ontaro) or pay almost $5,000 more for the Touring.

    I want to find out how many orders they have got and decide on what to do next. I will start the list:

    Number; First Name; Location; Trim; Color; Order Month
    1. Danny; Ottawa; Base; Grey; Jan
    2. Judy; Ottawa; Base; Grey; Feb
    3. Simon; Ottawa; Base; Grey; Mar

    Can I suggest we add the sealer as well? Ibwould help see who really oversold!

    just added mine to spreadsheet ottawa honda mar 21 green touring. What are the odds both Jason and I get what we want this year? (same car same dealer 2 weeks earlier than me)

    For Jason, BigAle and Len that ordered from Ottawa Honda. What type of discount did you get? Jason and Len with Touring and BigAle with Base

    Discount??? - well I was not asked to pay over list price *-). Given some stories here that counts as a discount.

    While i know we are all anxious, if you look at the data collected, that is not really a lot of requests.

    Not everyone may be on here. When I talked last to the sales guy, he said they had 11 orders. There may be similar stories across all the dealers, so it is hard to say the impact.

    True. another thing i am noticing is that not a lot have recieved any VINS

    I will ask dealer to provide instruction in writing if I do not like what he is suggesting/asking for.
