I think what they mean is that their Honda Clarity server is down or the connection is fd's up on their end. My connection has not updated since 9/5 at 8:37 pm. The Android app was last up dated on 7/19 and has been working fine since the last up date. This thread makes it clear that it is not client side problems (nor car, phone or app updates), but server side issues. I have emailed firstname.lastname@example.org which is the address for app support at the Play Store.
