That's the "old" TurboCord that was supposed to be with the SE from the very beginning, but I don't think anyone prior to 2023 actually got one. It's not as nice as the now-included MINI Flexible Fast Charger. I'd question your dealer about it.
As I get 2022 I get L1 charger is OK but 2023 with Flexible Fast Charger is something fishy going here as they more expensive they should be in your trunk from factory.
What @Puppethead ↑ said. The 2023s arrive from Oxford with the BMW Flexible Fast Charger in the boot. Someone at the dealership owes you an explanation and an apology — along with the correct, current model Flex Charger.
My 2022 came with one charger, the 110 charger. My 2023 came with two chargers, the 110 charger, and the 220 charger. Also, FYI, PSA My 2022 came with four floor mats, my 2023 came with two floor mats. Will these work? I know they dont have the roundel on them https://www.signalandpower.com/products/nema-14-50-extension-cord?currency=USD&variant=31887833759813&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=Google%20Shopping&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI7YrLyrmZ-gIVOMLCBB1EmAKLEAQYAiABEgJRtvD_BwE https://www.amazon.com/Mighty-Cord-A10-5010EH-Extension-Heavy/dp/B01BDWPIRS/ref=asc_df_B01BDWPIRS/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=309763068717&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=5319402652727809471&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9029013&hvtargid=pla-571117636541&psc=1
I read description on both extensions cords and they good for indoor/outdoor use but only cord Is water proof and to me is obvious conectors are not for outdoor use than why you buy extension when your car is outdoor not under a roof or garage to plug this conectors to be exposed to water or snow ?
Water proof plug - 40’ extension 40Amps extension cord from Lowes is a way to go if 40’ is good for you and you keep charger with plug indoor and cord comes with J 1772 with cord you plug into a car .To me this is only I will use but any extensions cords on EVs is not recommended ideas buy car manufacturers or good electrician on 120V or 220 Volts .Expensive compare you show but safety first is important. And better if you have 6 gouge wire from panel to your 14-50 outlet to connect charger and extension cord.
Salesperson said he didn't know much about it and would do some research. The next day they found one. Thanks everyone for your replies!
