Honda Clarity - Charging problem when the temperature is cold

Hi All,

I have a CPH25 (Model S and Rav4EV) but I live in Vancouver so this has not been an issue that I’ve noticed. With climate change causing multiple weather disasters in British Columbia in 2021, on change is more days below 0C. The temperature dropped below zero on Dec 24th 2021 and has been below zero until today Jan 11, 2022. During that time the charger would recognize the vehicle and start the charging session but no power would be delivered.

Here is a capture of my charge activity showing that the charge stopped working after Dec 24th.

It remained that way until the temperature rose on Jan 11th.
