Tesla lot is filling up again

I drove past the parking lot that Tesla had rented before the end of last quarter to save as many cars as possible to the next quarter in the end of the Fremont Blvd and I noticed it is being filled with cars (almost all Model 3s) again. I will upload a picture once I get one.

LOL. I guess Elon really wants to go bankwupt, not sell these to the 420k (do you see 420 again? ) people waiting to buy these right off the line.
Last quarter the excuse was the 200k US limit. What's the excuse now? Delivery bottleneck due to lack of buyers?

But did you see any PEOPLE taking deliveries? Or are they invisible buyers lining up in front f the Tesla dealerships?

If you ask me, I have no idea, just noticed that they are hoarding cars again. That lot had been empty since the end of the tax credit (I drive in front of it every day).

This one I can answer though. Yes, I see many people getting their Teslas delivered since I work next door to Tesla and there are many. They started to park in my company's parking lot and even ICE'ing our charging stations (with Teslas, nonetheless), which caused some tension. These costumers are visible and follow more or less the typical demography of the Silicon Valley. I haven't seem any Tesla dealership in my life, however.

Elon Musk has more than enough non-voting shares of SpaceX stock that he could cash out to prevent Tesla from any bankruptcy soon. Obliviously Musk would like to avoid doing so.

Tesla is pretty much a vertical monopoly. Tesla has been concentrating on the production of the Model 3. It is likely that transportation and delivery aspects are falling behind. Thus it is understandable that some lots will have cars waiting to be trucked out.

That written, Tesla must stop losing so much money each quarter. The Model 3 could be the make or break car for Tesla. Tesla gave away charging costs with its other models. Tesla charges Model 3 drivers for charging. This should open up another revenue stream for the company. There is the question as to how well Model 3 sales will hold up in 2019 as the Federal tax credit phases out.

Ah, there's the problem: He's talking about Earth-2, where Tesla has "dealerships".

Here on Earth-1, where the rest of us live, auto makers (including Tesla) use parking lots and empty lots as waypoints in their delivery systems. Why in the world would anyone expect to see a delivery happen in a random parking lot rented as a waypoint?

Serial Tesla bashers live in a very strange world. Fortunately, Earth-2 exists only between their ears!

He's a Tesla stock market short-seller who's in very, very deep denial about Tesla's runaway success with the Model 3. He has apparently managed to convince himself (with the help of reading lots of FUD from other short-sellers) that demand for the Model 3 has fallen off a cliff, and now he's trying to convince us too, by twisting facts to fit his false narrative. (This is typical behavior for serial Tesla bashers.)

But hey, at least he's occasionally amusing.

I don't think I've seen that term before. It's not one I'd be comfortable using, since the actual practice of bear-baiting was performing deliberate animal cruelty as public entertainment.

Sorry if this is over-reacting; perhaps I'm overly sensitive to cruelty to animals. I have the same opinion of bull-fighting.

I'm familiar with the terms "bull" and "bear" regarding stock investments, thanks.

But regarding what you're describing, I'd call it "troll baiting". One can be a stock market "bear" without resorting to disinformation campaigns, or deliberately attempting to disrupt meaningful conversation on social media.

Try posting some new information once in a while for a change.

And for the record, Elon is the master of 'bull baiting' as you folks are talking about. He did a marvelous job last month, baited them in with his "good karma" $420 a share privatization tweet. Lots of bulls believing in his word many uber bulls with call options got slaughtered.
Bears never trust any of his words anyway.

I certainly do appreciate Bob Wilson's contributions to this forum, both all his charts and spreadsheets, as well as his well-informed comments. You seem to be trying to belittle his valuable contributions by using "at least" to describe them.

You weren't trying to play the "let's you and him fight" card, were you? If you were -- well, how very sad... for you.

Not embarrasing at all. It just means, I can think independently and critically, and have the courage to say things that a roomful of parrots aren't singing. And you have proven to be a good parrot May be the most out spoken one, defending the church. Take a pick what you want to be.
