And now my car won't charge, I'm plugged into my home charger & it blinks that I'm at 100% and won't turn on to charge. My car was at 25% when I got home tonight. Totally busted my car now.

After plugging in the charger, hold the charge button on the key fob to force start charging.

I literally just figured that out by accident trying everything I could think of. Thanks for the quick response with a helpful fix. If they only put you on fixing the No Data Available debacle.

A Honda tech called me back today to get some more information about the issue and to get a screen shot of the main page of the HondaLink app on my phone. I also made sure she understood that the HondaLink tab was missing from the Home -> Settings -> Info menu page. In addition, I again emphasized that the lack of HondaLink charging information made charging difficult at time for those with smart chargers. She told me that Honda had gotten very many inquiries about the issue in the past few days. She also said that the issue ("data not available") appears to affect only Clarities and not other Honda models. She said she would get back to me often with information on the resolution progress but that there was no estimated resolution date.

Hopefully they get this fixed soon. I'm one that normally has no issues (or I should say fewer) issues with HondaLink. But yeah, mine won't update, and most features are broken. The reason I'm posting this is that do, for unknown reason, get the notification when done charging. Not updated data, but just a note that charging session has ended. Other features like locate my car (which is the one I like in addition to range) are in-op of course. So I'm still linked with HondaLink, just very limited function.

Prior to today, I got a phone notification from HondaLink that my charging was complete (last message on Monday, 9/1). Today, I got no such notification when the charging stopped.

I WAS still able to start charge on car by hitting the "Start Charge" icon in the app, and it would start, but it would not show in app that it had started charging. Sometimes I could schedule charge, and it would "take" the info, but still give error message. That WAS all until I signed out and signed back in. It's BROKE, AGAIN!! and it just gets worse if you log out. Oh, ours is 2018 Clarity, base model, 80,113 (as of 8/27). Love the car, but the app has me SMH.

Its so crazy that they update the stupid app every 2 months or so and it never gets any actual improvements, and sometimes like now fails completely.
Luckily unlike Tesla we are not reliant on the app to unlock and start the car and can charge manually.
Charging features on the Tesla app work pretty well, but so often I have to get out my phone and launch the app before it will let me in the car.

Charge status updated but odometer still 1500 miles short.

Updated, and it let me schedule a charge. Enjoy it while it works!! And be glad you get all of this for free (???!?) I mean, Toyota gave us 1 yr free with the RAV4 Prime, then they req'd $15 per month. Just to use the app.

I, too, now have the HondaLink range and SOC status data. However, "Find My Car" does not work, the HondaLink tab is still absent from the home -> settings -> info menu page, and HondaLink still asks for a connection when the -> HondaLink -> Vehicle button is chosen.

I have never been able to get the odometer mileage in HondaLink unless I activated a wifi connection. That information has been missing for the last 400 miles (last two months or so).

EVaClarity - I just got off the phone with a Honda Tech person. I am the only person she has contacted about this data unavailabilty issue that still does not have the find my car issue fixed. I suspect there may still be an issue with early Clarities. I have a 2018 Touring model with a 001631 serial number (last six digits of the VIN).

Will you please post the model and model year of your Clarity PHEV? Thanks,

LeoP
