GV60 Federal Tax Credit

I noticed that the GV60 isn't listed yet on the US Federal list of qualifying vehicles for the $7500 credit (https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/taxevb.shtml). I assume it will be eventually. Wondering if there will be an issue if we purchase the vehicle before it gets certified and added to the list. Anyone know how this works?

The GV60 should be purchased by 12/31/2022 AND should be added to the government list by April 15 2023. The IRS should confirm that it’ll be added before you commit to buying.

Looks like the GV60 has now been added to the Federal rebate list (listed under Hyundai, not Genesis). One step closer…
