Under non-pandemic circumstances, 3 weeks for a title from California would be a very optimistic estimate. Best bet might be to attempt to contact the DMV, via email to get an update on the status of your title.
Thank you!! I got CA DMV on the phone. They were able to lookup the VIN. I was told the document was already shipped or would go out soon.

it is from Protective Asset Protection? I guess is Othercare warranty?
It may be better than HondaCare for all I know because I've never looked into any HondaCare alternatives. In retrospect, my last 20 years of HondaCare warranties (2 gen-1 Insights and a Clarity) have been a waste of money because I never needed them.

very true, my 09 accord have been trouble free for 10+ yrs. love Honda's reliability.

Anybody got a good offer in East Bay area, California and which dealer?
I got my 2019 Clarity in August 2019 for $6000 off MSRP from Serramonte Honda. They do a pretty good job, but they didn't have the 1.9% APR finance deal though. I just refinanced to get 2.24% so not too far off. I would check out Serramonte! Good service, high volume dealer.

2020 white touring $32,700 OTD in October. I realize I could have paid less. The dealer easily accepted my offer.

I purchased a 2020 Clarity Touring at Autonation Honda Costa Mesa on 10/20/20. OTD price was $30,500 contact Hazem Achouri, he is a great guy and is easy to work with. Another salesman that will give you the same deal is Alex Vasquez at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Huntington Beach. I was able to use a $4500.00 grant from the Clean Vehicle Assistance Program along with the $7500.00 Federal ITC, $1000.00 CVRP, and $1000.00 SCE rebates. I will also be eligible for a $2000.00 charger rebate from the CAP program and a 30% ITC for purchase of the residential charger. Overall this has been a very good buying experience.

What was the purchase price at the dealer?

Total vehicle cost including TTL was $30,500.000. I did not purchase the extended warranty or service contract. 1.9% financing for 60 months adds about $1200.00. Total price including finance charge $31,700.00.

Just bought my 3rd Clarity yesterday.

2020 Touring, no additional options
$26,400+TTL --- $29,124 OTD 1.9% for 60 months

There's a
$6500 incentive to dealer from Honda
$1500 from California clean car reward ( dealership must participate)
$500 secret rebate from Honda for Clarity sale until end of month.
$$$ whatever the dealer wants to discount

I sold my 2018 Touring to Vroom, they offered $22,374.. Dealership and CarMax only offered $19.5k.. it had 11,300 miles on it
