Saturday I witnessed and Tesla dash cam automatically recoded this:
The aggressor always has the element of surprise ... the first time. Hindsight suggests I might have used my Tesla to push his car into the ditch. The dirty deed took seconds which I would not have been able to block and possibly risk the pedestrian. At least the automatic Tesla dash cam recorded the incident.

- FSD detected the pedestrian and slowed down instead of veering to the left.
- Another car approached and came to stop which also stopped FSD
- The *$$ sprayed the pedestrian with what looks to be bear mace
- Then he drove past my car which recorded the Nissan, Versa, and license tag
- I parked to render aid: water and paper towels as she was blinded and in pain
- She asked to not call the cops
