Which rubber stripes and where I can get to replace the worn ones, instead of buying whole wipers?

It doesn't save too much money to be honest. probably easier to swap it for something from autozone/etc in the parking lot.

Alternatively, you can buy four aftermarket rubber wiper refills (e.g., these from Amazon) for about the same cost as one Honda-branded refill. The ones I linked are very simple to replace, have worked well, and are much cheaper than buying four replacement blades.

I've got the refills, but I am not strong enough to remove that little plastic cup at the end of the blade. Is there any secret I need to know?

There is an opening in the bottom of the blade. If you pull the rubber part in - away from the plastic cap and past that opening, you can then slide it through the opening and out of the blade. Slide the refill through the opening into the blade and then pull it back into the plastic cap.

I replace with silicon inserts. I've never removed the ends--just remove the blade, squish the insert a bit till the end goes through the slit and you can pull it out.

I got them from Amazon and they sucked. (Un)fortunately I had my windshield cracked a few days later and Safelite put new wipers. They work like a charm.
