The article says, "The EV3 does keep the Niro EV’s 400-volt electrical architecture to keep costs down." If it comes in at close to $30K, 101kW (small battery) and 128kW (large battery) charging won't be a deal-breaker.

You're right. I guess I skimmed that too quickly. But it will be cheap.

Motor Trend has a glowing first-drive review of the EV3, but they're still not convinced it's coming to the U.S. I hope they're wrong about this, because I seriously think I may want one as my next car.
