WiFi on the Clarity is good for...?

I have not been able to figure out what use has the WiFi on the Clarity. Does anybody have experience using it and is there any benefit from it?

Via the wifi and the hidden web browser, I was able to download and install Honda Hack.

The browser is anything but hidden...

Really? Mine disappears from the app screen and I have to do the "double-secret, three finger handshake" to get it back the few times I've wanted to use it.

I believe the tablet manufacturer must have decided to leave the WiFi chip in as its really not worth time and effort to maintain a different SKU. Just a guess!

Those radios are often built into the integrated circuit. Referred to as an SoC, or System on Chip.
