Who hates blue link more than I do??

I am so sick and tired of this app failing TIME AFTER TIME! No one cares, nothing gets resolved no matter how many times you call them or e-mail. In fact, after complaining twice out of ???(I have lost count now), I discovered that my car doors had suddenly, and "magically" - been unlocked. I KNOW THAT I HAD LOCKED THEM (Once was this past Hallowe'en night). Is this revenge on a customer who has complained umpteen times? I have only owned my vehicle just over a year? No one would ever pay for Blue link!

You should ask this in the Hyundai Kona forum. I am sure most people here don't know what Blue Link is.

Blue link has always shown my locked doors unlocked until I refresh the page . It also has a history of loading very slowly. Lengthy thread here:
