Wheel Lug Nut Torque

Yes, 80 ft-lbs of torque and a 19 mm lugnut are pretty much standard for almost all Honda wheels. I appreciate the confirmation from the College Hills Honda document.

I was always taught to tighten them down until they strip and then back off 1/4 turn.
I prefer to use German Torque:
“guduntite”.
But I back up the same way: just ease back until you hit something and then pull forward a few inches.

I think everyone designs wheel lugs today for at least 200 ft lbs since that's the sort of torque that tire shops use. But 80 is 100% secure and makes it much easier to get them off on the side of the road if you need to.
