Depends on the tire:

OE 16 Inch Hankooks Summer tire: 5.5-5.7 mi/kWh

16 inch Vredestein All Season tire: 4.7 mi/kWh

Both were in ideal conditions, 60F - 70F, dry roads, HVAC off, OE recommend tire pressures and speeds averaging approximately 40 MPH.... primarily back roads.

I have an "original" 2020 SE, and the lim control is on the steering wheel where your "Set" control is.

Are you sure it's a 2020 model? Maybe it's a later 2021 model. I got my 2021 very early on, being one of the first build-to-orders that was delivered in August 2020. The 2020s were the original batch (500 or 1000 cars maybe?) that were pre-built and rationed out through dealers at launch. Of course, that's for the United States. Maybe things were different in Australia.

Mine was made in I think April, but was delayed by covid. My original delivery date was the beginning of July 2020. The Oz compliance is "MINI Cooper SE First Edition", so I am pretty sure

Australia MINI must use different model year designations, in the US the model year is almost always delivered in the prior calendar year (e.g., 2021 model delivered in 2020). And it's interesting your cruise control controls (!) are slightly different, it seems like MINI does continuous integration during the production year. An example is when I ordered mine I couldn't get roof rails, but that became an option later on for 2021 orders.

It's also possible that Australia's regulations allow (or require) the speed limiter feature, whereas North American regulations do not.

I have the speed limiter on my 22. I’ve occasionally had a problem by accidentally hitting that button when attempting to resume cruise control and going into full regen when I lift my foot off the accelerator. I’m more used to it now but it happened a few times in the first month or two down to my unfamiliarity with the layout and the nice looking but slightly compromised button arrangement on the 22.

I’ve had my Mini just over 3 months, so all in wi tee so far and the best efficiency I’ve had (based on @GvilleGuy ’s excellent shortcut calculator) is 4.54 miles/kWhr.
