What OBD Scanner are owners using to check their SE battery health

What scanner (dongle) that plugs into your OBD port and connects to your iPhone via Bluetooth are people using for the Mini SE? I have a 2022 Mini SE and want to monitor my battery health. I do have a OBD Link MX+ Bluetooth Scanner. Will that work? If so with what app?
 
Someone else correct me if I'm mistaken, but IIRC all the apps that display battery pack state-of-health are paid apps. I believe BimmerLink, eFlow and mi3 can all show that datum (I don't have BimmerLink).

I find the Lauch scanner is very good
