What is small battery icon on home screen??

I’ve only had my 2018 Touring a couple days. I hope someone can help. There is a very small battery icon at the very top of the home screen. Mine shows partially depleted. What does this indicate? Thanks

That is probably the charge level for the cell phone that is connected to the car
