Warranty Check-up

Our SE just hit 2 years in August. It is getting reminders to bring it in. Does anybody know what they do and how long the process takes? Our other car is a 2006 MINI which we bought new so I have no clue what they do now-a-days. When you try to set up online there is no SE specific check up. When I called, the agent didn't seem to know.

I get emails. They want to rotate my tires (something i confirm they do every time i drive ;) ) and change the oil.
