Volume up / down on steering wheel not working

I'm experiencing an issue with the volume up/down toggle on the steering wheel on Kona EV 2024— it's not working for controlling the audio. However, the same toggle works fine for adjusting cruise control settings (increasing or reducing speed), so the button itself doesn’t seem broken.

Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions on how to fix it or what might be causing it?

Use the scrolling (roller) button on the opposite side of the steering wheel (right side on a LHD model) as in this video starting ~ 3:16 mark.

Also mutes as well.;)
BTW...welcome to the forum.
