This is just for informational purposes. I need to temporarily disconnect the VESS to diagnose a noise in the gear reduction box so the dealer can hear what I'm hearing. The speaker location is in front of the of the radiator between the bumper cover and radiator. Press the spring tab closest to the radiator and pull the connector off. This also disables the back up chime.
