Using paddle shifting

I’m new to EV driving, just bought a26 ioniq 5 sel. I have a question about using the paddle shift feature, I find it is so useful to adjust speed while in traffic and have been using it frequently to manage traffic speeds much like I used paddle shifting in my Miata.
Is it ok to be frequently paddling to accommodate changing traffic?
