UPDATE!!! 2016 Kia Soul EV UVO services terminated

Still working on getting things started for the Texas DTPA complaint but I did find out if you take down the headliner in back and unplug the connector for the cell phone antenna it deems to stop the messages from popping up so at least the car works outside of UVO And you’re no longer interrupted in your CarPlay session or navigation or other parts of the user interface. It will show a red circle with a line through it for Signal for UVO I think it knows that the antenna is unplugged

Something else I’ve noticed since updating to the newest software is that my XM Radio no longer works it cuts in and out I didn’t have an active subscriptions so I can’t remember the last time I had it on so I’m not sure if this is something new or not.
 
Well unplugging then antenna definitely decreased the occurrence but occasionally the head unit is still able to catch a signal and it will give the message again :(
