UNLOCK Car using Cell Phone ? (Not BlueLink)

I've seen the Hyundai Ad that shows a guy UNLOCKING his Hyundai by waving his Cell Phone to the door handle. Is that a "thing" ? If so, what is required to enable that? I have the BlueLink APP but don't see a way to Set this up. Yes, there are the Remote features - but they can take forever to actually initiate - if they work at all. But that's another thread. :-)
 
Not on the Kona. I think it's an option on some new models this year.
We can unlock ours by just pushing the button on the door handle though.
