Under the 36.6 Ah threshold. Anyone get honda to replace traction battery without check engine lights?

I have a 2018 Touring and with my battery warranty expiring last month, I had suspicion my battery was below the 36.6 Ah level. So a few months ago I had the local dealer run a test , but they could only run the battery diagnostic results in V, but it looked close to me. So I asked them to call Honda and inquire. They did, and said Honda told them directly they will NOT replace any battery without the Codes tripping. I don't have the energy or time to fight it, so have decided to keep the car and just run it until it dies. Love the car and it's perfect for my needs.
