Wow! I did not realize production levels were so low for the 2020 model. That makes me even happier to have acquired one when I did. When considering a used Clarity, note that production peaked in 2018. There are very few 2017's and 2020's.
Undoubtedly there will be even fewer in 2021, and I strongly suspect none in 2022.
These numbers include a few FCEV's and BEV's, but most would be PHEV.
Year # Produced
2017 2455
2018 20174
2019 11654
2020 4215
2021 (low)
2022 (gone)?
All I can say is that when I was shopping for my Clarity last fall there were literally hundreds of them available on dealer lots in California (Oct ‘20). Now, if you search online there is nary a Clarity to be found out there!I agree - Car Sales
but little difference between sales and production if there is essentially no inventory (which seems to be the case).
With the canned OEM photos like that, vehicles are often "In Transit" and not actually on the lot (and may be sold already). Not to tempt you, but Burlington Honda just got three 2021 Touring models in stock:

Both of those are consistent with Honda notifying them that they were allocated and in transit.Sure, but they show new yesterday and each have a VIN listed.
