Treads on tires are weird. only 3 years of use (18 months total)

Do you think this is safe? I got them from costco they are Pirelli - CINTURATO P7 ALL SEASON PLUS. They still have 4mm of tread on them, also do you think is covered under costco's warranty?

Short answer...NO
Even my original Nexens are in way better shape than those.
I would definitely pursue warranty replacement
