Towing

I've seen a couple reports of people using the Kia Niro EV for towing. Curious on details such as maximum trailer weight and impact on range. Wondering if there are warranty issues, but haven't looked into that. My 2.5 L Subaru Outback is pretty clear on its limitations:

As usual, in US they'll say "not recommended" as a CYA and in Europe they'll give the real answer, about 2000-2500 lbs (1000kg) is totally fine and within the car's limits especially if you aren't doing anything stupid. Just got my hitch installed (Class II) and can't wait to start trailering soon. By having this there is no need to buy a big vehicle for occasional utility trailer use.
