Tax incentives for installing Level 2 charger at home

I have read somewhere there are places/states that give incentives for installing chargers at home.

Is this heresay ? Anyone who has knowledge about this?

Maryland has a partial rebate on home chargers.

I recommend using the Database of State Incentives for Renewables & Efficiency to look for local incentives: http://www.dsireusa.org/

Duquesne Light (Electric Company in SW PA) has a small bill credit ($50?) for telling them you have an EV or PHEV.
