I love my clarity, but because it is so quiet in electric I do notice rattles. We had them put foam tape on the a pillars where they meet the windows and that helped but there was always some elusive rattle. Finally I think I found the main rattle on accident. I was sitting in the passenger seat hearing the rattle and for some reason reached down to adjust the seat position. Rattle instantly gone! So. . . At least for us that elusive rattle was actually the seat position adjustment “knob”. We put a hair tie on it and have been months free without any rattle. Thought I would share in case someone is still driven nuts by that elusive sound such an otherwise quiet car :)

Glad you find it, the rattles can drive me crazy! and as said, because of the car being so silent, I go crazy every time there is a new one (currently investigating one in the trunk LOL).

So, I had a rattle coming from the Left A pillar and was the tweeter vibrating in the enclosure. Dealer tried foam tape with no luck, but I was able to find exactly where the issue was. A drop of silicone with the low temp gun preventing it from vibrating took care of it.

The other one that took me weeks and was an annoying sound, medium to high pitch rattle, was able to pin point it to the passenger window switch. Internally something was loose (you can reproduce it by tapping on the switch). The dealer replaced it under warranty.

It is interesting how your ears can play tricks on you. Sometimes it seems obvious where a noise is coming from, but t can be in a completely different place than where you think it is. It is always hard to isolate the exact location.
