That's $5 million. The last such program was the same size and lasted from Sep 1, 2017 to about the end of January 2019, so here in Texas it is a pretty large number, especially since Tesla EVs still don't qualify here since they don't sell their vehicles via Texas dealerships.

This is the 3rd time the state has offered the program. I used it each of the first two times (cmax energi and clarity).
