Start Climate not working

(2022, latest Access app update) All other app functions work well (lock/unlock, etc) but Start Climate gives a message to "move vehicle, it may be in a low network coverage area" Same message in different areas so I doubt it's reality. Ideas? Tx!
 
I'm back to paying for the app after taking a year off. I really missed the remote start/climate feature.
Unfortunately it only works about 90% of the time. Even when it works, it's brutally slow to login.
I've seen the "move vehicle..." message a few times, even when I'm parked outside and can verify 4 bars of cellular signal.

Pretty sure the app is being hosted on a hand-me-down gaming console in South Korea.
 
Similar experience here. Oddly if I unlock then relock with the key fob, the app works as expected for ~20 minutes…

App is junk all around
Did not register information or work for months, then did
takes so long to sign in and start up I might as wall walk outside to start the car

they expect me to pay for this?
