Speed limits in km/h instead of mph after navigation update

I recently updated the navigation and noticed that the speed limit is shown in what appears to be km/h. For example in a 45 mph zone, the display would show 72. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Have not updated Nav, but found this on another forum (see post #2) :
