Ah, you are right!

Thats something I would be concerned about. Can you look under to see if there is anything that looks like it doesnt belong?
I says pardon? I’ve never heard such a thing before. The sudden stop at the bottom of the ditch will certainly wake you up.The SE is designed to pull to the left to wake you up during long drives, here in NZ at least bec we drive on the left side of the road

Pretty much, yeah. The SE's underside is mostly an unbroken surface because of the protective battery cover. Driving in wet conditions should cause enough spray to remove most grime. Unless you do a lot of off-roading I wouldn't worry about the underside. An addition, they also said there is really no need to wash the underside as it is well protected.
In my head, I asked, well protected from dirt?
My US SE doesn't pull to the right. If you let go of your steering wheel, your SE pulls left? That's an alignment problem IMO.The SE is designed to pull to the left to wake you up during long drives, here in NZ at least bec we drive on the left side of the road
According to my cousin who worked for the big three, roads are built with a little camber to the outside. This is so water runs off the road. This also will have the car wandering to the outside....
Their diagnosis, a gravel was caught somewhere on the drivers wheel and got loose when they lifted up the SE.
Anyways, happy that the noise is now gone and the turning of the wheels are back to its smoothest [emoji16]
I learn another couple of things about the SE, according to the dealer:
1. The SE does not need an alignment
2. The SE is designed to pull to the left to wake you up during long drives, here in NZ at least bec we drive on the left side of the road
