What makes you think it expired?

All of the extra 'plans' are visible in the myVW app - check the tba with the "price tag" and it shows you what you have. I am not sure which one is 'SOS' however. "Safe and secure"? We should have gotten a 5 year complementary plan for that.
 
Hi Ericy the message on the display was stating expire. But when going to the VW app. It shows 4 yrs still showing. Thanks for the FYI reply.
