Small issues/quirks

It's a complete puzzle to me as well as to why they didn't integrate a 4th regen level incorporating full one-pedal stop and hold capability. Perhaps someone in SW engineering got confused between "pedal" and "paddle".
It's interesting to me that the left-paddle-hold function uses resolver-based servo positioning to maintain a stop while the Auto Hold function actually uses the disk brakes. I would subsequently expect that slightly more battery power is used while holding the motor in position than if it can relax at zero torque with brakes on.
If you play around with the former on gradients you'll note the deadband. It fails to work in reverse as well but no-doubt that's for safety as you continue driving.

Thought I would add a couple:
(1) When resume driving (touch keypad or foot pedal) after stopped in SCC and following a semi, the car pauses every time the semi switches gears, it basically matches the acceleration pattern of the truck in front, which I find hilarious - but the car behind me doesn't.
(2) The callus on my left knee from applying intermittent adjustments to the steering wheel ( ~ every 20 seconds when using SCC). Wish there was a way to increase the duration between check times. If you let the SCC give you the LKA boot (ping), it will reacquire but only adds about 5 seconds.

This one is a minor quirk involving the Car Infotainment system manual.
If you are having a hard time finding pages 81 thru 96 (phone connection), you may find them between pages 112 to 113 in the voice memo section:D
First time I was reading this section since purchase, anybody else have the same issue?

One thing that bugs me on my 2025 Kona EV Limited is the sensitivity of the automatic headlights. It seems that just going into the shadow of trees or under an overpass will turn the headlights on and off again within a few seconds. To a car following, this can look like repeated application of the brakes, or flashing headlights to a car ahead. Is the sensitivity adjustable at all?
