Small Dome Lights On Top Of Dash

What are these for? The reason I ask is that I've only had my KONA EV for three weeks. A couple of times I have noticed one of the lights is red. I've gone out, started it, shut it off and the red light is gone. It was about a week before I noticed it again. I can't say for sure if it was the left or right one. Can anyone enlighten me on this? Thanks

HV is active (under the hood) - usually indicates 12V accessory battery top up... see any of the 12 battery threads
