Shutting the hood shouldn't be this hard

New Ioniq 5 owner here. I opened the hood to check the frunk and now it won't close completely. I know there has to be a secret to this. Thank you!
 
How are you attempting to close it? I suggest bringing it down to about a foot of being closed and give it a firm push.
 
It sounds like the hood needs to be adjusted. Your dealer should be able to do that within ten minutes.
