We are going hiking and will be storing our SE for 4 weeks. Been searching the manual and I cannot find the topic re storing the SE for an extended period. Should I charge it to 100% before storing it? Should I leave it plug in our level 1 house plug?

I personally wouldn't. Batteries in general are happiest at around 50%. I would probably leave it at around 70-80% to allow some discharging.

The manual states that you should try to have a fully charged high voltage battery when leaving the car idle for several weeks.see screenshot from Mini Cooper SE online user guide.

Thanks heaps @SpeedyRS, been reading conflicting info, and reading it in the manual now confirms that I should charge to 100% before we leave.
