Sandy Munro is a teardown analyst and manufacturing consultant. After gaining a lot of attention for his work on cars like the Tesla Model 3, BMW i3, and Chevy Bolt EV, he began a YouTube channel and examines assorted electric vehicles.

He recently got a hold of a Polestar 2 and filmed a few episodes looking at it, so I thought it might be interesting for owners and the interested to peruse. Overall, he appears to have a pretty favorable opinion.

There was article while back about additional single motor models with smaller battery pack but nothing on Polestar website yet ( Canadian )
Any news on these models?

Here's the link to that article. Basically, the single motor version (front-wheel-drive) is coming to North America near the end of the year and will offer about 260 miles (418 km) of range. Almost 30 miles more than dual motor version.
