Replacement for BMW i3 (someday)

I just watched:


Based on the specs, it appears the VW ID3 will be a proper replacement for the BMW i3. The EV range, performance, and specs really sound like a credible replacement. Of course it won't be available for a long time in the USA.

If ever! It sounds as if we're on tap for the slightly Rav-4-ish VW ID4 here in the US. But I wonder what Audi could do with the ID3 as an AWD A3 replacement wagon?
