Replacement black mirror cover

I am looking for '22 OEM replacement side mirror covers. I see the four stylized versions and primed, but no stock colors or even plain black. Most eBay results are cheap stick ons or RHD versions with "excitement package" on the "wrong" side.

Are these the only options? Primed + a paint job seems like it will cost more than a union jack or JCW.
 
I think Rexio looked into this a few months ago. Check his posts. He wanted his green mirrors yellow.
 
Rexsio's are still black as of latest post. Other threads sound like a lot of dead ends or the rare trade. Best bet seems to hold out for some used ones or settle for Night Jack which are pretty subtle. Shame they don't sell basic black like they did on earlier models.
